Develop your clinical skills. Find your voice. Grow into the therapist you want to become.
Working toward licensure is an important stage of becoming a therapist. It can also be a time filled with questions:
Am I doing this right?
How do I know what my client needs?
What do I do when I feel stuck?
How do I understand what's happening between me and my client?
How do I develop confidence in my own clinical judgment?
Supervision can be a place to explore those questions, not just a place to collect hours.
I offer relational, trauma-informed clinical supervision for developing clinicians who want thoughtful support as they grow their skills, confidence, and professional identity.
π
Supervision that goes beyond the checklist
I believe supervision should be both supportive and challenging.
It's a place where you can bring difficult cases, uncertainty, mistakes, questions, and moments of self-doubt without fear of judgment.
Together, we'll look beyond simply asking: "What intervention should I use?" and explore:
What's happening in the therapeutic relationship?
What are you noticing in yourself?
What might your client be communicating beneath the presenting problem?
What is your clinical intuition telling you?
How might attachment and trauma be shaping the work?
Where might you be getting stuck?
What would help create greater safety and connection?
What kind of therapist do you want to become?
My goal isn't to tell you what the "right" answer is. It's to help you develop the ability to think critically, remain curious, trust yourself, and make thoughtful clinical decisions.
My Supervision Approach
My supervision is grounded in relational, attachment-based, experiential, and trauma-informed perspectives.
Depending on your interests and clinical population, we may also draw from:
IFS β’ AEDP β’ EMDR-informed perspectives β’ somatic approaches β’ mindfulness β’ systemic lens β’ nature-based interventions
I particularly enjoy supporting clinicians who want to deepen their work with trauma, attachment, relational patterns, and the therapeutic relationship.
We'll also make space for the person behind the therapist. Because your development as a clinician isn't separate from your development as a human being.

Who I work with
Supervision may be a good fit if you are a developing clinician who:
Is working toward independent licensure
Wants a relational and trauma-informed supervision experience
Works with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, attachment difficulties, or relational challenges
Is interested in experiential or depth-oriented approaches
Wants to develop greater confidence in their clinical judgment
Values self-reflection and the therapist's use of self
Wants supervision to feel collaborative, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive
You don't need to know exactly what kind of therapist you want to become before beginning supervision. That's part of what supervision can help you discover.

Group supervision availability will be announced as groups form.
A Note About My AAMFT Supervision Training
While I have been a therapist for over 13 years, I am currently completing the training and mentoring process toward the AAMFT Approved Supervisor designation. During this process, I provide MFT supervision under the ongoing mentoring of an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. I am transparent about my current training status and can provide documentation regarding my supervision training as appropriate. Because requirements for licensure supervision vary by state and license type, prospective supervisees are responsible for confirming that my supervision meets the requirements of their licensing board.
Let's See If We're a Good Fit
Finding the right supervisor matters.
You should feel comfortable bringing your questions, uncertainty, challenges, and developing clinical voice into the relationship.
I offer a brief consultation call so we can talk about where you are in your professional journey, what you're looking for in supervision, and whether my approach feels like a good fit.
