You don't have to figure out your growth as a therapist alone.

Being a therapist can be deeply meaningful work, but it can also feel isolating, especially when you're navigating challenging cases, developing your clinical identity, working toward licensure, or building a private practice.

At WildSense Therapy, I offer relational, trauma-informed support for therapists at different stages of their professional journey.

Whether you're looking for supervision toward licensure, clinical consultation, support with your professional development, or therapy for yourself, my goal is to create a space where you can think deeply, ask questions, build confidence, and feel less alone in the work.

Clinical Supervision for Licensure

For developing clinicians working toward independent licensure.

Supervision is more than checking off hours toward a license. It's an opportunity to develop your clinical judgment, strengthen your confidence, explore your use of self, and grow into the therapist you want to become.

My supervision approach is relational, trauma-informed, experiential, and attachment-informed. We can explore challenging cases, therapeutic relationships, clinical interventions, ethics, professional development, and the many questions that arise as you develop your identity as a clinician.

Online consultation group meeting for therapists and counselors

Clinical Consultation

For therapists who want support with their clinical work.

Consultation offers a space to slow down, think together, and bring curiosity to the places where you feel stuck.

Individual and group consultation may include case consultation, exploring therapeutic dynamics, developing clinical skills, navigating challenging cases, expanding your clinical toolbox, and integrating relational, experiential, trauma-informed, and nature-based approaches into your work.

Career & Private Practice Consultation

For therapists creating a career and practice that actually fits who they are.

Building a private practice, or figuring out where you want your career to go, can bring up just as many questions as clinical work.

I offer consultation for therapists who are developing their clinical identity, exploring private practice, refining their niche, navigating the business side of practice, or looking for ways to create a career that feels sustainable and meaningful. Together, we will create space for learning, reflection, and professional growth so you can feel more confident, effective, and connected to your work.

Therapy for Therapists, Healers, & Helping Professionals

Because the people who care for others deserve support, too.

Therapists and helping professionals carry a lot. Therapy can offer a space to step out of your professional role and reconnect with yourself.

I work with many people in the helping professions and value creating a space where you can explore your own experiences, relationships, patterns, and healing without needing to be the therapist in the room. If you are a therapist, healer, or helping professional seeking support for yourself through individual therapy, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

A little about my approach

I believe that therapists grow through relationship, curiosity, reflection, and experience - not simply through acquiring more information.

With more than 13 years as a therapist, my own clinical development has been shaped by relational, experiential, attachment-based, trauma-informed, and nature-based approaches. I bring that perspective into my work with therapists.

Whether we're discussing a challenging client, exploring something happening between you and a client, working through professional self-doubt, or thinking about the kind of therapist you want to become, I want our work to be a place where you can slow down enough to listen to yourself while also being challenged to grow.

My hope is that you leave our work feeling more grounded, more confident, and more connected to your own clinical wisdom.

You don't have to have it all figured out. You just need a place where you can bring the questions.
